MEET THE INSTRUCTOR
Toni is the owner of Artbiz Studios. A pastel/charcoal artist and Elementary Art Teacher, she has over fifteen years of experience teaching visual art to students in grades K-8th. She is skilled at integrating multicultural curriculum that connects techniques, art history, and social movements. She is adept at using a positive teaching approach to motivate and encourage students' talents and growth. She believes that art is therapeutic and helps provide a way to express emotions and experiences not easily expressed in words. It is not about the final product; it is about healing through the process of making art.
